FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How long does a delivery take
For our Same Day service pricing, you will need to place the booking prior to 12 pm. You can, however, request a 3 hour or VIP delivery for collection anytime between 8am–6pm. If you are wanting a delivery outside of this time it may be possible however it’s best to give us advanced notice.
2. How much does delivery cost?
Charges are based on distance, speed and size of your delivery
3. Is after-hours delivery possible?
All bookings will have delivery attempted on the same day up to a cut-off time of 9PM at which point undelivered items will be delivered the next day. Bookings can be made at any time on our online platform.
4. What items can be delivered?
All items with a weight below 30 Kilograms except for the following: (1) Toxic Waste (2) Firearms (3) Fireworks (4) Chemically hazardous items (5) Flammable Items (6) Valuable items including, but not limited to, precious stones, metals, watches, jewellery, furs, china, art, antiques, prescription medicine, money, vouchers, travellers cheques, bearer bonds, bills of exchange, promissory notes, bank, credit, pre-pay or other store cards (7) Fragile or perishable items (8) Animals (9) Humans (10) Stolen items (11) Any illegal items
5. Can I contact the Courier?
Yes, driver details are availed as soon as a driver accepts a booking.
